Coming Fall 2017: Live Class (in CT) & On-line Course
Let's assume you don't know how many credit scores you have, what your credit rights are, how to get your scores to the 700's or what exactly banks want to see to approve your home loan application. Let's start here and break at 10:30am.
How Credit Works
"What can I do to raise my scores in 30 days?" or "How can my active credit cards boost my credit scores?" These are great questions. We'll start with these and break again at 11:30am.
The Past & Starting Over
Let's talk step-by-step instructions for properly dealing with Late Payments, Collection Accounts, Bankruptcy and Foreclosure's + provide you with the right dispute letters to get the job done.
We'll also teach you how to create New Credit immediately - especially when weak credit keeps bringing denials every time you apply for a new loan or credit card.
Let's look down the road a bit: Your credit scores have increased, you're able to qualify for a mortgage and possibly even down payment assistance - its time to apply for your home loan & start house shopping!
Art Rose (Licensed Real Estate Broker with William Raveis) and Alexis Grajales (your Trainer & Credit Coach) will answer all your questions, explain the home shopping/buying process + teach you steps of applying for a home purchase mortgage - and getting approved!
He'll stick around after class to schedule free appointments to meet in private (if you'd like) to review your specific circumstances and show you what next steps to take. Class ends at 1:00pm.
